An herbal foot bath is the therapeutic practice of letting the feet soak in a bowl of warm water and herbs. This practice is great for those individuals who’s spirit is weak, energy is low, and are harboring heavy emotions.
The feet represent our root system, and it’s a beautiful practice during this cycle where the Earth is awakening into Spring to bring cleansing and awakening waters to our feet so that our spirit can be rejuvenated.
Chicha – Asua Mama
A traditional beverage from the Andean Indigenous territories, made of fermented corn, song and prayer.
