In a world where the feminine essence has often been wounded, there is a resurgence of ancestral teachings that offer profound healing and awakening. Drawing from the rich tapestry of traditions passed down through generations, these timeless teachings provide a sacred roadmap for you to reclaim your power and wholeness.

Embedded within these ancestral teachings are profound insights into the cycles of nature, the wisdom of the body, and the intricate dance of emotions. They offer a holistic approach to healing, encompassing the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

Through practices such as ritual, meditation, ceremony, and storytelling, you will be guided to unravel the layers of conditioning and trauma, and to awaken the latent wisdom that resides within. The healing journey becomes a sacred pilgrimage back to the heart, where self-love, empowerment, and sisterhood flourish.

What to expect…

The 8-weeks will be structured into 4 Pillars. Every other week we will be having an interactive ritual practice together. Our last meeting is an in-person Temazcal Closing Ceremony in the Los Angeles area. All sessions will be live, and recorded for later viewing if needed. Live participation is highly encouraged.

Week 1 - Healing

Shadow & Root Work: Learning about the archetype of the Jaguar as “tracker”, the astute one who teaches us the power of presence through awareness, and guides us to see where there is imbalance in our lives. We will be discussing practices to help us build emotional maturity, and how to work with our traumas to deepen self-awareness.

Week 2 - Live Ritual

Drum Journey: The drum is a sacred instrument to many. Representing the pulse of the Earth. The drums constant sound and beat guides us on a journey into the spiritual worlds where we get to re-meet and remember fragmented aspects of ourselves. This guided journey helps to restore spiritual strength and renew our vision of life.

Week 3 - Devotion

Womb Healing & Sacred Mysteries of the Feminine: We will meet the archetype of the Jaguar as “Protector”. It is important to reclaim the role of protector within the feminine. As womb carriers, we hold power and medicine that is important to acknowledge and recover so we may once again bring balance to the spirit of Water and all its expressions. I will be sharing traditional womb healing practices, herbalism and wisdom.

Week 4 - Live Ritual

Pagamento/Earth Offering: Our ancestors left behind their teachings that in order to have balance in the physical plane, there must also be balance in the spiritual planes. Bringing offerings to the feet of our Earth Mother allows us to feed the invisible and return to a state of reciprocity — bringing balance, healing, and prosperity.

Week 5 - Authenticity

Power of Spoken Word for seeding Spirit & Prayer: We will discuss the archetype of the Black Jaguar & Spotted Jaguar and their relationship to the spiritual and physical realms, and how to bridge transformation through integral speech — reclaiming our voice and truth.

Week 6 - Live Ritual

Tobacco Plant Bath: Together we will be preparing and blessing our Tobacco plant bath. Tobacco is a powerful plant teacher that has been used for ages for cleansing and protection work. I will be sharing about the healing spirit of Tobacco, and the ways to work with this plant safely and respectfully.

Week 7 - Prayer

Dream Workshop: We spend a good portion of our lives sleeping — suspended into the dream state, and in todays age we have forgotten the true meaning of our dreams to help us live in harmony. I will be sharing with you ancestral teachings around our dreams. How to utilize our dreams to strengthen discernment, intuition and guidance. We will be learning about different practices for dream recall, lucid dreaming, and healing work in our dreams.

Week 8 - Closing Ceremony

Temazcal Ceremony led by Mars - Our last week will be an in-person meet-up and ceremony in the Los Angeles area. The Temazcal is an ancestral healing ceremony to bring forth deep physical purification and spiritual rejuvenation. When we enter the Temazcal, we enter the Earth’s womb — a space for us to refine ourselves and merge back with our spirit so we may have true holistic healing of mind, body, and spirit.
